Fresh as a rosé, balanced as a Bollinger.
Beautifully pale elegant rosé Champagne made from Pinot Noir with a dash each of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this has fantastic depth of flavour. Seductive, showing flavours of summer berry fruits with a soft texture, refreshing acidity and super long finish.
Bollinger was founded in 1829 in the small village of Ay, outside Epernay and boasts a rich history of traditional Champagnes all produced in pursuit of the highest quality. Due to the rise in popularity of rosé, a relatively recent new departure came with the introduction of Bollinger Brut Rosé, the first new wine from Bollinger in 30 years.
Produced using only the high quality grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte d'Ay and Verzenay in the Marne.
The main element is Pinot Noir (60%) which gives the rosé its depth of flavours and full blush colour, complemented by the carefully proportioned components of Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%)
