This pale yellow sparkling wine presents an extremely fresh, austere, and elegant nose with a complex aroma profile. It boasts a strong mineral character complemented by soft notes of yeast and bread. On the palate, it offers firm and balanced acidity, with very fine, persistent, and elegant bubbles, making it a vertical and refined wine.

This sparkling wine is produced with a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes sourced from the renowned Talinay vineyard in Limarí. This vineyard is celebrated for its unique terroir, characterized by calcareous soils and a cold coastal climate, which contribute to the distinct qualities of the wine.

The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested into small 20-kg bins to ensure their quality is preserved. The Talinay vineyard's calcareous soils and cold coastal climate play a crucial role in developing the grapes' unique characteristics, which are essential to the wine's final profile.

At the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle whole-cluster pressing to avoid extracting phenols, fruity aromas, and color, particularly for the Pinot Noir. The juice is then settled for 18 hours to remove coarse lees before being racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperatures of 14°C to 16°C. Following the initial alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. To maintain a consistent style, a blend is created from reserve base wines of different vintages. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle using the traditional method, in complete darkness at 13°C, ensuring fine, persistent, and delicate bubbles. The wine is aged on its lees for 30 months to achieve its high quality and style. Finally, the wine is disgorged, and liqueur d'expédition is added to balance the levels of alcohol, pH, and total acidity.
