This Pinot Noir is sourced from three vineyards in Tasman, Upper Moutere, and Ruby Bay.
The grapes are mostly handpicked and destemmed before undergoing a gentle extraction process in open fermenters using délestage for about three weeks. After pressing, a portion of the wine is aged in barrels and puncheons for 10 months. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in spring, and the wine is then filtered and bottled once ready.
