Appealing, bright and juicy rosado from Valencia.
An appealing dry rosé with fresh red fruit aromas. The palate has raspberry and redcurrant characters, with hints of citrus and a long and fruity finish.
Produced from a selection of Bobal grapes, which after harvesting undergo a gentle pressing, and short maceration on skins to give a delicate pink colour. The free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel for 20 - 25 days at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, using selected yeasts.
Great with tapas, risotto or charcuterie.
